Ok - so who gave their kids a cell phone for Christmas recently? Are you regretting it? Maybe you should take a look at the Teen Cell Phone Contract my friend Robin found...they just sign it or they lose the phone!! (That's rule #1 by the way!) If they break any of the rules in the contract, you take the phone from them for the duration of the punishment. It really is a great idea no matter how long your kid has had a phone! (I like rule that says 'Always answer calls from your parents!") Make a copy of the signed contract and post it on the fridge...you keep the original!
