WOW - Who knew that Bananas were so good for you?!! I love them in smoothies, as "popsicles", dipped in chocolate, in fruit salads and even plain! I even love them when they're just starting to turn - though my hubby prefers them totally yellow and firm! I like them for the taste but now I'm gonna like them for what they can DO for me!!
