Looking for Natural Cold Remedies?

 Ok, I already got it - the cold that's been going around.  Now my girlfriends have it and my hubby is bound to get it too, or maybe that's who I got it from in the first place!!  At any rate I'm all about doing things "naturally" and not taking antibiotics if it's not absolutely necessary!  Saw this in a magazine at the checkout lane about 'Natural Cold Remedies' so looked it up online and, Viola!!!  Here you go, from the HEALTH magazine online! Looks like I was doing the right thing and not even aware of it when it came to reducing and eliminating my cold (taking Echinacea and Vitamin C along with lots of rest!)  See the other recommendations here:
