Oh Dear, it's that time again!! Time to make your New Year Resolutions!! Did you know a 2012 study on New Year’s resolutions by the University of Scranton found that about 45% of Americans usually make resolutions at the beginning of the year, but hardly any stick to them. There's another article, a Forbes article published on New Year’s Day last year that claims only 8% of people achieve New Year’s resolutions. The New York Times says four out of five people who make New Year’s resolutions tonight will eventually break them. In fact, a third won’t even make it to the end of January.
Where do you fall? Are you one of the 4 that make resolutions but are in the 45% that don't keep them? According to everything I've been reading losing weight, getting organized, and saving money are the top resolutions that Americans make, each year.
