Eat these foods to lower your cholesterol and age more gracefully.

If you've listened to me on, you know I'm a health nut!  Trying to do and eat all things healthy...and trying to age gracefully!  (Trying being the operative word here!)  There's a lot of talk about cholesterol lately and I've found 10 foods, according to Dr. Oz, that can help lower your cholesterol and help us age more gracefully? Plus they taste great!  Blueberries, Almonds and Chocolate - I'm all for that!!
