It's a Salad you Can't Stop Eating!

My girlfriend made this salad for her family over the weekend and it was gone in a snap!!  It's SO easy and according to Kathy, REALLY GOOD!  I may have to try this special  Salad you can't stop eating sometime soon...I'll let you know how it goes - or you can let ME know if you try it first!!
