So I've been doing a LOT of canning, freezing and ... eating lately! Some healthy, some not so healthy! One of my favorite grains is Quinoa (KEEN-wah). If you've never tried it before, give it a try today - use it in place of rice or pasta. In fact here's a great recipe for Quinoa Cakes a healthy, vegetarian version of salmon cakes.
