February is Heart Health Month....AND it's the month we start sloughing off on our New Year's resolutions! If one of your resolutions was to be more active or to work out more (like mine is!) and you find yourself getting back into the old routine you were in before where exercise was getting shoved down the line again....here are a few quick and easy things to do to get more exercise into our daily lives!
