So my girlfriend asked me if I knew what a yellow ribbon on a dog's collar meant...I didn't. I did know what a Pink ribbon meant, what an Orange ribbon meant, what a Purple ribbon meant - but not a Yellow, and certainly NOT on a dog's collar! I thought just maybe it means it's owner is in the service or away or something like that - WOW was I wrong! Now when I see a yellow ribbon attached to a dog's collar or leash, I'll proceed with caution!
